This nailer gets the job done. It's not as expensive as the Bostitch and the nails are standard. I hate the idea of being locked into a proprietary type of nail, so I stayed away from Bostitch in favor of this. Similar to the DeWalt model.

I bought this Stanley angle finish nailer in hopes that the price would not dictate performance. I have been completely pleased as I have now finished my master bedroom and dining room with crown, chair rail and have redone the base-board as well....all without a jam or mis-fire. The tool has all the bells and whistles that most of these nailers have and the price was right. I'd buy it again!

2 small jobs and it works great

Used this nailer on 2 different jobs, and it worked great. It did jam once, but the clearing was easy. I paid under $100, so I find it a great value.

Recently installed over 400 sq ft of oak flooring. I started out using the rented floor nailer (complete with the 3.5 lb sledge) and realized that there had to be a better way. I was getting a Popeye arm. Then I got smart....
br /Did some research and cost comparing and was very happy that I saved the money and bought the Stanley. It did a great job with never a fault or jam.
br /A special thanks goes to Amazon as well for great service.

Great buy!

I purchased this nail gun to help in construction with my basement. The tool worked great and I never had an issue with jamming. It seems well balanced and has a nice grip. I have used it on 500+ nails so far. Nice tool compared to my Porter Cable and Craftsman air nailers.

Very nice finish nailer

I bought this for DIY trim work around the house, and it works very well for this purpose. It was inexpensive and functions very well. I have had no problems. I had one nail jam that I cleared easily. If I were a professional, I would probably need a higher grade tool, but for homeowner tasks this was an excellent purchase.

Of my three "Black Yellow" best friends, Stanley has been my friend for the longest; even my Dad born in 1911 knew him pretty well. Most of my contacts with Stanley have been his tape measures, squares, or other woodworking hand tools. Since Stanley sold his power tool business to Bosch in around 1980, I haven't seen too many power tools from him, other than maybe a 1/4" Die Grinder or impact wrench. With these latest offerings of serious pneaumatic woodworking/carpentry nailers and staplers I can begin again to enjoy the design innovation and quality Stanley has been known for for over 100 years. This nailer is a pleasure to use, being lightweight, yet very solidly constructed. I'm sorry the gov't won't allow bump fire as much as in the past because this tool would work great with rapid fire being small and light. 5 stars, the best.

Very Disappointed

I purchased this nailer based on having 3 Bostich nailers over a year old used every day with no problems out of the box or on the job site. I purchased the SDA250K expecting the same out of the box performance. It was recived put to work however after firing three nails it jambed removed the jamb fired three more jambed again, same routine three more times put it back in the case emailed Amazon. Being the high quality retailer they are sent me out another SDA250K which was received promptly unpacked it, loaded the nails was able to put up one piece of 7" crown before encountering the same issue. I have emailed Stanley have not received a response but received a return authorization immediately from Amazon. Maybe Stanley needs some total quality lessons from a person who has been a manufacturing production quality consultant for a lot years or recognize customer satisfaction service as a basis of competitive survival.
