I purchased this case and it works fine. I did have the correct "air stud" (3/8 NTP), so I didn't have to use an adapter bushing. But, it looks like it would fit (just barely) even with a bushing installed.

Well, I have to say, although it is good to have a plastic case for my prized framing nailer, I certainly wish it fit with the 1/4 NPT stud attached. I also have a 3/8 to 1/4 NTP converter, so it might fit with just a 3/8 stud. Either way, my Senco brad and staplers all fit with the stud attached. It just needs to be a 1/2 wider!

I purchased the product knowing that the some of the cliphead nailer models may not fit in the case with the air stud installed as mentioned in other reviews. The model 701XP does not fit in the case with the stud in-place. Although I have the bushing in as well I doubt that the stud will fit even if I find 3/8" one and can remove the bushing. Additonal research shows that most models, like the 601 series, fit the case fine. The case is very good quality but just missed the mark for for the 701xp and mostly likely the new 702XP.

Got my case; fit my nailer very well, even with the air coupling installed in the gun! I though the price was a little high but what isn't nowdays!!!!

Great case. The Senco framing nailer is a great tool. Definitely worth the investment in a case to protect it.

I have the FramePro 601 and it fits perfectly in the case. Seems to be just as sturdy as any other plastic case, and even has room for a small bottle of oil and other assorted parts.
